Customer Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

Survey must be completed by the 15th of December, 2016 to be included in the draw.
There is no cash alternative for the prize i.e. the prize is a €250.00 One4All voucher only
Barna Recycling’s competitions are not open to staff of Barna Recycling (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or associated companies. For these purposes an “immediate family member” includes a spouse, partner, child, step child, grandchild, brother, step brother, sister, step sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
Barna Recycling competitions are not open to business clients of the company.
This competition is open to over 18s only. Barna Recycling reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner.
Barna Recycling’s decision in relation to selection of the prize winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of Barna Recycling will be final.
If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable Barna Recycling reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
Participation in Barna Recycling competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
